Grizzly Cabin in Lake Arrowhead

Grizzly Cabin is on a gentle downslope with parking on a two car deck in front of the garage, it has level entry to a three story home, on the modern side, plenty of windows on the main level that let in the sunlight and keep it bright and airy. From the main deck you can see the high desert, beautiful pine trees, mountain community and a peak of Lake Arrowhead. All of the bedrooms are located on the second level + two bathrooms and the laundry, the recreation room is on the third level.

It has a full open kitchen, two counter stools, dinning area, big screen tv w/blue ray player, basic dish tv & saround sound, a gas fireplace, outside gas Bar-B-Que, gas burner, mini frig & sink all on the upper level. Master bedroom w/king memory foam matress, gas fireplace, master bath w/large shower, lare jacuzzi tub & double sink, 1 bedroom w/double bed, 1 bedroom w/twin over double bunk beds, 2 bedrooms w/double over double bunk beds + two bathrooms and laundry and spaoutside master bedroom on second level. third level has a pool table, gas fireplace, sitting table for games, big screen tv w/dvd player w/souround sound.

1 minute from Blue Jay w/movie theater, McDonnalds, Jensens market, RiteAide, nail salon, toy store, library, and many shops and restraunts. 5 minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village and pier w/ many shops and restraunts, a small amusment park & play area for the kids, ducks to feed & lots to do. 15 minutes from Crestline, 30 minutes from Snow Valley and 45 minutes from Big Bear. 

$350.00  per night x 7% county tax, 

$500.00  refundable damage deposit

$100.00  cleaning fee

if paid by check it must be paid fourteen days prior to check in.

if paid with credit ard a 2.5% charge is added to the total.

minimum 2 night rental - minimum 3 night on holidays.

*The deposit must be paid to hold the property if not paying all at once, and balance to be paid fourteen days prior to check in.
