 It offers all the comforts of home. A fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, ice maker /fridge, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, china, etc.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, with memory foam mattress for extra comfort, walk-in closet, private bath and flat screen TV.

Guest room has two twin beds that will convert to King size by pulling them together, with adjacent bathroom and  flat screen TV.

 The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, Desk, HP printer/scanner/copier.Wi-Fi and cable through out

The Lanai is fully screened-in with a spectacular view of the golf course.

Heritage Bay has a spectacular Azinger/Lewis designed golf course, three 9-hole courses, the Pine, the Cypress and the Oak, residents can play various combinations for a total of 7,200 yds over 18 holes.  Five sets of tees make the course flexible for all skill levels.

This community also offers seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, including grandstand centre courts, and tennis pro-shop.
