The condominium is 884 sq. ft. located on the first floor with a designated parking space right in front of the unit for easy access and additional parking is available. The unit is fully furnished and recently redecorated in a Indonesian/ Bali style. Unit has a built-in microwave; dishwasher; washer/ dryer combo and all small appliances (toaster, coffe maker, blender, etc.). Unit also has (2) large screen LED/ HD TV's with HD Cable, Netflix,  high speed internet/ WiFi for your laptop use and stereo sytem with CD/ DVD player. Plus two new Beach Cruiser for your use while at Ocean Village!

Floors are tiled; new berber carpeting in the bedroom; a seperate relaxing sunroom for reading or just relaxing. 

The bedroom has a queen size plush bed with new linens and towels for your use; a walk in closet with plenty of space.

Ocean Village is a gated community that offers plenty of activities, the following are several examples you can choose from during your stay in Hutchinson Island.

*Biking riding (two new beach cruiser included with the rental unit)

*Swimming & Sunbathing at the beach or at poolside.

*Surf fishing from Ocean Village's  shore line or fishing from the Fort Pierce South Jetty, which has some of Florida's best fishing!

There are three major shopping malls located within 30 minutes from Ocean Village.

*Treasure Coast Square- on Route 1 in Jensen Beach

*Indian River Mall- on Route 60 in Vero Beach

*Prime Outlets in Vero Beach- off of I-95 and Route 60

Ocen Village is centerally loacated and is 2 hours away from major attractions such as Universal Studios; Disney World and all of its numerous theme parks in the Orlando area.

You are also within 2 hours of the Palm Beaches; Ft. Lauderdale and Miami metropolitan areas.

Off Season: May-November (monthly rate) *$2100.00

Off Season: May-November (2 week minimum only) $1200.00

*Reduce rates are availible if rented for more than one month, call for rates.

Reservation/ Security deposit of $500 for monthly and 2 week rentals is required

Full payment must be received 30 days before arrival

Cancellations/Refunds: Any cancellation within 30 days of a scheduled arrival date will forfeit the reservation/security deposit.

Cleaning Fee: $100.00
