This is a third flood 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom newly renovated condo in the Carrollwood area of Tampa, FL. Located at the Grande Oasis of Carrollwood, the condo is clean, quiet and comforable. It is conveniently located near many attractions. The airport, malls, Raymond James Stadium(Buccaneers) and Steinbrenner Field are all very close. This is ideal if you are looking for a place to stay near local attractions, the airport or if you are coming in town for a sporting event. There are many excellent restaraunts located within just a few miles also, from upscale to fast food. It also has access to all of the main highways so that you can easily travel to the beach.

Living room has a 42" HD Plasma TV with a DVD player, cable.. The unit has a full kitchen is completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, IPOD dock/Alarm clock and a walk in closet.

Located near the airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, 3 different malls, great restaurants. There are many other attractions such as Lowry Park Zoo, Big Cat Rescue and the Florida Aquarium. St Pete Beach and Clearwater beach are just a short drive away. There are many golf courses also located closely.
