From Days Gone ... Original Beachfront Cottage in Seagrove Beach

The real McCoy, this original Seagrove cottage will take you back to
days gone by and provides tremendous beachfront views of the Gulf of
Mexico and has private beach access.
The cottage sits on a concealed lot off a private driveway, yet is
convenient to the hike/bike path and all the many amenities Seagrove
Beach has to offer. Enjoy total seclusion from the private front-
yard and screened-in porch overlooking the pristine beach, which
can be accessed just steps away. The cottage has 3-bedrooms/2-
bathrooms (sleeps 8).

Not much has changed with this original Seagrove cottage with the
exception of added comforts and modern conveniences. The home is
warm and inviting and has an ambiance of good times past.
The kitchen has all new appliances, a handy kitchen island, screened
doors accessing a private patio and a screened porch overlooking the
Gulf. A stackable washer and dryer sits in the garage off the patio
area. The living area accommodates three sofas and a TV/VCR. The
entire cottage is tiled throughout. The 2-bedrooms in the main part
of the cottage contain two full-sized beds and the bathroom sits
between the two bedrooms. The 3rd-bedroom has a separate entrance
and sits off the rear of the patio area, next to the garage and
contains a queen-bed and the second bathroom. The private patio
sits off the kitchen and is a perfect, secluded spot to enjoy
outdoor meals (Goatfeathers Seafood Market is within walking
distance).

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses.

Extensive kids attractions and amusements can be found in nearby
Panama City Beach and Destin.

Wonderful shopping in unique seaside communities scattered along 30A
and only 20-minutes from the huge Outlet Mall in Sandestin.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off-
road. A real fun activity for all the family.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach
area, just a couple miles west of Capistrano.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped
oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,
watersports can be found in nearby Destin.
