Bugs and more bugs

The first night I was there I saw a huge roach in the bathroom. The next day, a roach in the dishwasher. It spiraled downward from there. There were baby roaches in the dishwasher for the remainder of my month's stay (I got out of there as quick as I possibly could). When I opened the refrigerator door, they would fall down from on top of the refrigerator. They were on counters, in the sink. The landlady called an exterminator. I was told the bugs would be gone in 10 days. 10 days!!! Even after that long a period of time, I still had bugs. I saw another huge roach in the bathroom upstairs in the meantime. All this, and the landlady entered the property while I was at work without giving me 24 hours notice (I received no notice) so she could have her phone installed. Her phone ringing into the rental unit that I was paying for, with her answering machine attached. In fairness, I was "allowed" to use the phone. She also appropriated an upstairs closet for herself to store her things in, which I had no access to. Don't go!

Owners response: This is an unfair review The townhouse was sprayed before and during her short stay.The people who stayed there after this person found no bugs and was very happy with the place. She had a cell phone that did not work so I offered to leave my phone there as it was not turned off The place was left in a terrible mess, food left in pot in refrigator etc never cleaned any of the place cat litter left on floor bathroom had all kinds of dirt mud urine on bowl and floor The beds where not made curtains knocked down things all over the floor never sweep or cleaned I was happy to see this person leave There was a lot more but no need to go into it Just glad I had better tentant last month
