Our smoke-free rentals are perfect for the couple looking to rekindle that romantic spark or just wanting to relax in a comfortable mountain environment. For the family, the wooded surroundings with the cool night air allows you to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing, shopping and fun.
The two story chalet is located in the woods about 5 miles outside of Franklin, NC. You can rent either the upper or lower units separately, or rent the whole chalet. Sorry, no smokers or pets allowed.

Each of our one bedroom, one bath units have mountain views you can enjoy while rocking on the covered porch. Each unit is fully equipped including full kitchen, microwave, linens, satellite TV, DVD, local phone service, a sleeper couch in the livng room, central heat and A/C and a washer/dryer. The lower unit contains a walk-in shower with bench and grab bars. Enter this unit directly from the parking area. No steps! Perfect for anyone with mobility issues.

Great Smoky Mountain Railroad is 30 minutes away, Cherokee Indian Reservation & Harrah's Casino is 45 minutes away, whitewater rafting is 60 minutes away, Asheville is 60 minutes away and Gatlinburg is 90 minutes away.

Each unit rents for: $65 per night plus taxes, (3 night minimum),
$375 per week plus taxes (7 night stay)
$1100 per month plus taxes (30 night stay)
A deposit of $100 will hold your reservation. For a monthly stay, a $500 deposit is required. The balance due upon arrival.
