How close are we to the beach?  Well,  your top floor condo is directly over the beach.  You can throw a Frisbee and land it on the sand with no problem.  You are looking directly at the beach.  Standing on your balcony you watch rockets blast off from Kennedy Space Center just a couple miles north on the beach.  Look south and you can see the Cocoa Beach Pier about a mile down the beach.  Watch cruise ships leaving the port pass right ouside your unit. 

Lots of local attractions nearby.  The Cape Canaveral cruise ship port is about 2 miles away.  Tip: Lots of great restaurants down by the cruise ship port.   At the port you can also sign up for great deep sea fishing or try your luck on the casino ships that go out every day.  Or, try your hand at surfing with Ron Jon's surf shop only 2 miles away... you can even rent surfboards and surf right outside the unit.   Great surf fishing is also available on our beach.    Disney and Universal studios are an easy hour and half drive away.   Also available locally are airboat rides, biplane tours of the beach, the Kennedy Space Center, the Astronaut museum, and lots more!
