Located "Mid-Valley", this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors.  You will find great access for biking, hiking, or an evening walk down by the creek  Located just 15 minutes from Sun Valley, one has ready access to the resort without residing directly in its hustle bustle. Besides being the venue for downhill skiing at its finest, Sun Valley has primo golf, tennis and horsebacking opportunities.  Take a gondola ride to the Round House on Baldy in the summer and have lunch at the legendary "Roundhouse".  If you wish drive farther north to the Sawtoothsor south for some fishing on Silver Creek.  Also, you will find the quaint town of Hailey a short 3 mile drive for your shopping needs as well as fantastic restaurants and interesting shopping.
