Peak: $2,700/month - NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, & MARCH 

Off-Peak: $2,300/month – APRIL, MAY, SEPT. & OCT. 

1 month security deposit required to reserve.

**Security Deposit Refundable within 5 days after departure less $100 cleaning fee**

$75 application fee as required by the Condo Association. 

Valet Parking - $45.00 p/month
