Failla Villa is a gorgeous 4300 square foot home which sits upon 4.5 pristine landscaped acres with sweeping views. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms each have two pillow-top twin beds and the master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed, fireplace, patio, large bathroom with oversized show and tub, and two more twin beds and one loveseat sofa bed.  

The open and high vaulted living room with fireplace opens out to the pool and lounge area. The dining room has another fireplace and sits 8 around the table. The fully equipped large kitchen is a cooks paradise and the huge family room with fireplace, 55" TV will be the center of the home. The family room also open up into a large courtyard with fountain and BBQ for outside dining.  

There is also a Book Nook up the spiral staircase where you can escape with a good book.

Dogs are allowed on the property but may not enter the home. There is a large caged kennel they can sleep in outside. You are expected to clean up after your animal. Horses are allowed in the corals too at a small additional expense of $30 per horse, per day.
