orientated vacation home set in a beautiful location and so close
to Disney and other theme parks, golf courses you will be spoilt

We have a great family home measuring 1900 sq ft with a larger than average pool area for this size of villa supplemented with a HOT TUB for all the family [children under 16 have to be supervised].

The villa is situated in a mixed residential/vacation home development with walk ways through wooded parks, seating areas, children's play ground, tennis courts and communal pool.-- ideal activities for the family.

Many local residents know us and our villa and are very welcoming to
all our guests: they will help you all they can: they will pass the
time of day with you and are TRUE NEIGHBOURS.

Indian Ridge Oaks has no through roads so traffic tends to be local
and respectful of those on foot: indeed the estate is ideally flat
for those walkers and joggers [around about 2-3 miles gets you
around the estate]--AND ideal for those of us less energetic than we
used to be.

It is a fact that Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the most favoured

ADDITIONALLY THE POOL IS CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE LARGEST AMONGST THREE BED ROOMED VILLAS BEFITTING EXECUTIVE STATUS WHICH APPLIES--it has been described as a "proper swimming pool"
