Beautifully decorated and furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home on a cul de sac, in a gated community.  This Trinity home has everything you need for the perfect vacation!  Home features a spacious floor plan with a spectacular master bathroom which includes a garden tub and double walk-in shower.  There is a family room, living room, dining room, inside utility room, and a spacious size kitchen! All stainless steel kitchen appliances at your disposal: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster & much more.

The pool is solar heated and therefore can be used any time of the year.  Want to just spend a day at the pool, there are pool toys, lounge chairs, a BBQ and even a TV on the lanai.  The home even has a crib, high chair, stoller, walker and a safety fence around the pool for any little ones that are staying there or just visiting.  There is a community playground within walking distance from the home.  Beach chairs are provided for the days at the beach.   Should you have a rainy day, there is a chess board, othello game, tons of movies for you to watch, free Wifi internet and a printer for your boarding passes. There are 300 channels on the main TV (you will be billed separately for any movies purchased through cable). 

For your convenience, the home includes the following:  Blow dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, 2 sets of sheets for each of the queen size beds, queen size air mattress (for those extra 2 guests), towels, dishes, pots/pans, glasses and cooking utensils. 

You are close to so many Florida attractions...Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World, Universal Studios, the new Lego Land, Bucaneer Bay (where you can see mermaids and manatees), The famous Greek Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, and of course Clearwater Beach, Dunedin Beach and Fred Howard Park/Beach.  It is located within minutes of many shoppes and restaurants:  Bonefish Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Buffalo Wing House and for those sushi lovers, stop by Grille 54 for the best sushi in town!  You are even minutes away from the brand new Trinity Hospital (just in case)!  You are  close to golf courses, boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, shopping and movie theaters.  Depending on when you come, you can even enjoy a Rays Game, Lightning game or a Tampa Bay Buccaneer game. You are also in a close proximity to Bright House Field in Clearwater which is spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies.

A $500 deposit is required on all monthly  bookings. All of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded if a cancellation is made 30 days before arrival date.  Otherwise, the deposit will be forfieted. 

A $200 deposit is required on all other bookings.   All of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded if a cancellation is made 14 days before arrival date.  Otherwise, the deposit will be forfieted.
