Lake Effect in Pentwater

Our cottage will truly give you the "Lake Effect."  It sits North of the tension line.  It is sunny, bright, and calming.  New construction convenience with a cottage feel.  There are four bedrooms, with two queen beds, one double, and two bunk beds.  there are three full bathrooms, including a double shower and a jacuzzi tub.

In addition to the open main floor living room there is a spacious "rumpus room" in the basement.

The cottage is 1 1/2 blocks to ice cream and downtown, and 5 blocks to the beach.  It is just around the corner from the Homecoming Parade route.  There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker; a large deck with an umbrella shaded table and chairs, as well as shaded adirondack seating; a front porch with rocking chairs; and a covered patio in the back.  There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is a hammock and fire pit off the back deck, as well as a gas log fireplace inside.

There is a double kayak available, as well as a gas grill, and beach chairs.

TV, VCR, and DVD.

Linens and towels are provided.  Please bring your own toiletries, soaps & shampoos, paper products, and beach towels.

Sorry, no pets, and no smoking anywhere on the property, and no "parties."
