2bd Condo at Windsor Hills - 5* Resort closest to Disney in Disney Area

You will be in a fully equipped, spacious and comfortable condo in Windsor Hills, only 2 miles away from Disney Maingate!!! Our condo has central A/C, a living/dining room with ceiling fan, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 built-in closets and a fully equipped kithcen. On the main bedroom there ia s king sized bed, a TV mounted on the wall and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has another king size bed, a twin bed, a TV mounted on the wall and ceiling fan. We have a queen size sofa bed in the living room and a pack´n´play. There is a TV, a DVD player and a sound system in living room. The dining area has table and chairs to accomodate all. Both bathrooms have hair dryeres. The kitche is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator with freezer, microwave, range, dishwasher, coffe maker, blender, toaster and all utensils, glasswear and siverware. There is also full sized washer & dryer. Also a vacuum cleanear, iron & ironing board.

And when you come back to Windsor Hills, you will see why it is a 5-star resort. It has an awesome lagoon style zero-entry pool (with heating on winter months). And small children will be delighted with  the dancing waters  near the pool. Older children (and the children at heart) will be thrilled at the  big waterslide! A Jacuzzi style hot tub waits for you near the pool. And if you don´t want to go to the pool, there are plenty of options: at the clubhouse you will find: a 40-seat cinema room, a complete game room with arcade, a state of the art fitness room, a sundry shop with snack bar, ping pong tables near the pool, and plenty of comfortable seats at the clubhouse if you just want to relax and chat with friends. All these amenities are included in the price of your rental. And for the little ones, many playgrounds throughout the resort, the biggest of them being castle themed, and with a giant chess board!

Windsor Hills is a gated and 24/7 secured community. It  is just off US192 and its several restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops.  It is very near Formosa Gardens shopping area. You will be 5 minutes away from I-4, and Seaworld is about 15 minutes away. Universal complex is about 20 minutes away. And if you are a golf lover, good news for you. Windsor Hills is adjacent to Mystic Dunes Golf Course! And it is very very near Disney Wide World of Sports, which also has a magnificent Golf Course.

Since this is a self catering vacation style, you will have your privacy preserved, as we don´t offer daily housekeeping services. But this service is available, for a nominal fee.  We offer plenty of towels, as well as full sized washing and drying machines. But we do provide  you with starters of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a soap bar in each bathroom, a  roll of paper towels and garbage bags in kitchen. For additional supplies, there is a sundry shop at the clubhouse, if you don´t want to go to the several grocery stores  of US 192.

Since an apartment requires more time to be completely cleaned, before and after guest stays, our check-in time is 4 PM and our check-out time is 10 AM.

And don´t worry about parking spaces. They are free and all around the buildings. Not to mention a special parking lot for big vehicles.

Our condo is a 1stfloor unit, so you don´t have to worry with stairs or elevators. Extremely welcoming to older people, people on wheelchair or people with young children.  It is completely furnished and equipped with all comforts you will need to have a great vacation time. We have central AC, and, additionally, ceiling fans in living and in each bedroom.

The living/dining area has a queen size sofa bed, a love seat ,a DVD player and a sound system. There is a 32`` flat screen TV in living and 2 others, mounted in the wall of each bedroom.  The master bedroom is a suite, with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed. Both  bathrooms have lighted vanities, showers and hair dryers mounted on wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove with four ring cooktop, oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, tableware, set of cutting knives, silverware, glasses and cups. We have full size washer and dryer. We also provide aspirador de po, etc, iron e ironing board. The condo accommodates up to 6 people!

We offer free Wi Fi and cable TV, a telephone with free local and Canada calls.

Windsor Hills is 2 miles away from Disney World, and all their theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom), water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Dowtown Disney (Disney Quest, Cirque du Soleil, Disney World Shop, cinemas & restaurants), Disney Boardwalk and Disney Wide World of Sports. It is adjacent to Mystic Dunes Golf Resort, and near to many other high  rated golf courses, such as Celebration Golf Club.

Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove are about 15 minutes away, using I-4. Universal,  Islands of Adventure and Universal Citywalk (cinemas, restaurants & shops) are about 25 minutes away.
