This beautiful home is located in Mesa, Az. It is close to two freeways, providing access to two airports, minutes away. It is a newer home in a quiet neighborhood, fully remodeled. New wood floors in the living areas, Granite countertops in the spacious kitchen, with all new appliances. Enclosed garage. Our home is spotless clean. You will love it.  FOUR day minimum rentals will now be accepted.

We are receiving inquiries for 2014. Jan. through March, only monthly rentals will be accepted, on a first come, first served basis.

Wood floors in living area, travertine tile in kitchen.  Four place dining table and two chairs at the countertop.There is a table just outside the arcadia door for four.  Full size pool table ,3 flat screen tv's with Dish Network , gas bbq, Brand new patio furniture.  All kitchen utensils provided, coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, handmixer and toaster.  All linens and towels provided.  Iron and ironing board, All new appliances. All new furniture in house. There are queen size beds in two bedrooms. The master bed has a  select comfort  adjustable mattress. The loveseat and couch both recline. Laundry with washer and dryer. Utilities, power, water, tv and high speed internet are included. All yardwork done by owner.

Spring training baseball. The Cubs park is minutes away, as  are the SF Giants. All the teams in the cactus league have freeway access and are close.   The NFL Cardinals stadium is right off the freeway, and is a beautiful venue for football.  Phoenix Suns basketball is ready to start very soon. The light rail stops in front of the arena, with many restaurants in walking distance.   Awesome golf courses in your back door. Phoenix has some of the best courses in the country, many very close, any skill level, price range.  The Phoenix Open is a must see.   Great fishing and boating at stocked city lakes or numerous lakes close by, where  you can wakeboard/water ski. I can help with travel details, plane or car.  Security deposit is $500 for one week rental or 4 day minimum rentals.
$1500 for monthly, includes multiple months, for term of rental

$150 pet deposit for term of rental. No cats.

ALL are refundable.

$150 non-refundable cleaning fee on all rentals.
