until you are ready to leave. Our 2BR, 2.5 Bath Townhome is an end unit with 3 other homes built in
Jan. 2006. You have a private driveway with your own garage and room for 2 vehicles(off-street
parking). Our Master Suite has a private bath and private balcony for some amazing sights. Our unit
is 3-stories with the kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony located on the lower level with
the BR's located upstairs. Our goal is to provide renters with a relaxing, comfortable, clean and
convenient home away from home. We want your stay to be your first of many in the newly re-built
Wildwood Beach Resort.

1.5 Blocks to Beach and Boardwalk. Built in Jan. 2006. Central Air and 2 open air balconies with a
beautiful sunrise overlooking the ocean each morning. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal,
private garage and driveway for 2 vehicles, cable tv, dvd, manicured grounds, outside hose, fully
furnished with all kitchen cooking and baking needs. Linens and towels are not provided.

1.5 Blocks to the World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk(Morey's Pier), Raging Waters and pristine sandy
beaches. Wether it's beach volleyball, frisbee, or taking your family out for a walk on the
boardwalk, our house puts you in the center of it all. Park your car all week and you have access to
everything. Avalon Golf Club and Twisted Dunes are 2 courses within minutes. Fishing phanatics,
charter a private boat or bring the family on a dolphin sightseeing tour in the Atlantic Ocean.
Visit historic Cape May (10min.) ride for the shopping inspired guest and grab some afternoon tea.
Back bay kayaking is a must! North Wildwood has the best nightlife of all the Jersey Shore
Attractions. If walking to a local pub for good cheers and good fare are your thing, then we have
over 15 of the top places within a 5 block radius. There is something here for everyone!
