This is the perfect luxurious house for a wonderful family vacation, with the ability to walk 500 feet into the lake without the water going far above your knees.  Most families chose to bring out a few chairs and have a water picnic with the kids, or to simply have a glass of champagne in the evening while watching the sunset from your water throne. 

The beautiful patio is equipeed with a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, luxurious European lounge chairs and a table with seating for 12.  You have the ability to enjoy the lake and all of it's amenities from the patio and/or dock, or have the ability to walk down the street or wade through the lake for 3 minutes to get to the beach. 

The house is listed as a 3 bedroom, but also a pull out couch and a guest room with the ability to sleep 2 extra adults with an air matress that can be provided
