This beautiful, well kept, immaculate lakefront home has the uniques feel of a combined Hawaii and European Spa Vacation. With the inside being decorated with an elegant hawaiin flare, and the outside having a brand new 2500 square foot elegant European patio with steps down onto the dock that brings you into the lake. Look out the window from the living room and feel like you are in Maui, and walk outside onto the patio and feel like you are vacationing in Lake Como, Italy. It has been said that there is not another home like this on Oneida lake. This is where memories are created!!!
This is the perfect luxurious house for a wonderful family vacation, with the ability to walk 500 feet into the lake without the water going far above your knees. Most families chose to bring out a few chairs and have a water picnic with the kids, or to simply have a glass of champagne in the evening while watching the sunset from your water throne.
Local Beach attractions include a family amusement park, a multitude of restuarants and beach bars, a variety of beach and antique shops, and the local village park (with regularly scheduled entertainment) as well as the canal and the pier. The house is approximately 15 minutes from Turning Stone Casino, The casino has 2 PGA golf courses, 5 exceptional restaurants, 4 evening venues, and live performances throughout the year.

The beautiful patio is equipeed with a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, luxurious European lounge chairs and a table with seating for 12. You have the ability to enjoy the lake and all of it's amenities from the patio and/or dock, or have the ability to walk down the street or wade through the lake for 3 minutes to get to the beach.
The house is listed as a 3 bedroom, but also a pull out couch and a guest room with the ability to sleep 2 extra adults with an air matress that can be provided
