Gorgeous Corner Unit with 2 balconies. Freshly renovated in 2012 with all new furniture and contents. All granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. All new bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower for safety and one with a tub shower. Doorwalls onto balconies in both bedrooms and the living area. One balcony faces West for sunsets and one faces North overlooking the Gulf. There are two bedrooms, each with walk-in closets, one of which has a king sized bed and the other a queen. This is one of the nicest and largest units in the complex and the only corner unit available for rent. There is a washer-dryer in the unit. Close to Bonati Spine institute, this is an ideal place to recuperate and re-charge your batteries. It is a secure, gated resort. This is a non-smoking unit.
