Vacation Rental Description

The Palm Breeze Villa is an immaculate waterfront pool home with a screened in Lanai, in Cape Corals most  
sought after neighborhood, "The Yacht Club".  This villa is walking distance to our pristine beaches, tennis  
courts, yacht club and fishing pier.  
 
This villa has been designer appointed with completely new furnishings to include: white marbled tile  
throughout, pillowtop bedding, window treatments, new furniture as of 1/7/08 and is the cleanest freshest villa  
on the market.   
 
The villa is on a private oversized lot and the pool is surrounded on both sides by palm trees for privacy and  
peaceful enjoyment.  The Palm Breeze has morning and afternoon sun on her decks and pool area, and the  
afternoon sun is on the front of the villa just where you want it.  This villa is locate on a cul de sac and is on a  
very quiet, exclusive street with no traffic except the residents.  Stay with us and enjoy the best the tropics has  
to offer.  Manatee watching daily from our sea wall included. 
 
Villa Layout: The villa is an open tropical design.  Front door enters into large open living room with large couch,  
love seat, reclining chair and bench around color television . To the right are the two large bedrooms with ceiling  
fans and very large closets.  The bedrooms are appointed with a queen size pillowtop mattress, chest of  
drawers, night stands with reading lights and have a roll away single bed as well.  Master bedroom has private  
full bath room and second bedroom is next to another full bathroom. 
From front door to the left is dining room with seating for six to eight on an expandable oval dining table.  The  
kitchen is just off the dining room and leads to the laundrey room/pantry and the garage.  Straight from the fron  
door off the living and dining room are triple full glass sliding doors looking out over the lanai and pool and the  
beautiful waterfront.
