Vacation Rental Description

This is a gorgeous two-bedroom/two-bathroom Gulf-view condominium. 
 
The unit offers a private balcony, 2 full bathrooms, central A/C,  
TV, VCR, phone, and is fully furnished. Washer & dryer are on site. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking  
utensils, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Linens  
and towels are also provided. 
 
The unit directly overlooks the pool and offers a view of the beach,  
Gulf, and Intracoastal water.  
 
Boat slips are available for an additional charge; one parking spot  
is included with the rental.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All the comforts, conveniences and beauty to be found on Florida's  
Gulf Coast are here: Heated Swimming Pool (85° F throughout the  
year) and Sundeck, Private Dock, Fishing Pier on the Intracoastal  
Waterway, Shuffle board, Community barbeque pits, tiki hut eating  
area, Volleyball, and, of course, the Beach. 
 
Parking for the unit is across the street by the boat docks  
and fishing pier. 
 
Crib rental available.

10% discount for monthly rentals. 
Rates do NOT include $75 cleaning charge and 12% tax. All rates are
