THIS LAVISH, PLUSH, LUXURIOUS ISLE OF PALMS HOME IS ONE OF THE BEST ON ISLE OF PALMS!
'SEASCAPE'  has a private swimming pool (heated upon request for a fee) on the roof of this house. The elevator goes to all floors including the garage and the roof with the pool and grill area and bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleeper sofa (linens not provided)! The private heated pool has a HUGE deck with both covered and uncovered areas. There is a gas BBQ grill on this top deck. There are hardwood floors throughout the living areas of this home and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is also high speed internet access (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.) There is a playground with a swing set in the back yard.

1st Floor: The master king bedroom on this floor has access to the front deck area and a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the private bathroom. On this floor there are 2 more bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The fourth & fifth bedrooms on this floor have two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a 2 king beds upon request with at least 2 days notice (fee), each with a private bath. The last bedroom on this floor has two queen beds and a private bath.

2nd Floor: The living areas are on this floor. This includes the kitchen with a pantry; living room with wet bar that has wine cooler, ice maker, and sink; half bath and bar area. There are 2 queen bedrooms on this floor with a full bath each. The dining area seats up to 24 people.

3rd Floor: The third floor has a bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleep sofa with a private bathroom. This floor has awesome panoramic ocean views! The 12 x 24 (3-5 1/2ft deep) heated pool (heated upon request only, fees apply) has a huge deck. The deck runs the length of the house. It has a covered area for dining and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower for the pool.

Charleston, SC is 15 minutes away and is famous for its mansions, architecture, dining, and historical sites. Conde Nast rated Charleston as the #1 City in the World, and it's easy to see why when you visit here. Golf is available at the world famous Wild Dunes Golf and Tennis resort, which is 15 minutes away.
