South Seas Club, a 55-acre gated community with walking paths
throughout. Enjoy a well-maintained and very well-stocked beachfront
condominium that offers beautiful views, a gorgeous 3 1/2 mile white
sand crescent beach and many extras.

machine, ample supply of VCR tapes, DVDs, CDs and books, beach
supplies-towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and floats, beach

On-Season: $1800 for 1-2, $1850 for 3-4, $1900 for 5 occupants*
Off-Season: $825 for 1-2,$25 each additional occupant*
Two weeks $2900-3100 -- Month $5800-$6200
On-Season: Christmas week thru Easter week or mid April, whichever
is later.
Off-Season: Everything else with the exception of holiday weeks and
week before Christmas which is slightly higher.
*Please Include Number Of Adults/Children In Party When Requesting a

Please add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee (although not a rental
agent, we use one to finalize the rental and give out keys)
South Seas Club has a $20 parking/registration fee
