Beach Studio in Huntington Beach

If you are on a budget and don’t mind a smaller unit without sacrificing great quality, this is the perfect boutique unit for you. This studio is located in the HEART of downtown Huntington Beach – just ONE block away from the Pier/Boardwalk and Main St. Literally just steps away from the sand and dozens of restaurants, shops and pubs! This newly remodeled studio is furnished with a full sized futon bed and comes fully equipped with a flat screen TV w/ DVD, cable and Wi-Fi. The compact size kitchen it comes with convection microwave oven, portable double burner electric stove, Griddler Gourment by Cuisinart, coffee maker, toaster and a small refrigerator. Cooking pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils and a small butcher block table are also provided.

Note: This one room small studio is approx. 250 sq. ft, it is perfect for one – two person maximum.  

Parking spaces are always provided during high and low seasons. Check out this amazing vacation rental great for surfing weekends and a couple getaways without breaking your wallet!

When you arrive, the studio unit will be clean and linens will be provided, bath, beach and kitchen towels are included.  The studio includes 1 – 40” flat screen televisions with cable & Wi-Fi. 

The kitchen area included a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker. Dinnerware and utensils are also provided. Laundry room is located at back yard.

As a courtesy, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, dishwashing soap and paper products are also provided. Laundry detergent is not provided.

At the beach you can surf, watch birds at the Bolsa Chica Wetlands nature trails, jog, bicycle or skate on the 8.5 mile exercise path along the beach, ride horse trails in Central Park, Frisbee Disc Golf, Meadowlark (public) Golf Club, Dog Beach, Dog Park, Huntington Beach Sports Complex with baseball and soccer fields, Huntington Beach Playhouse, go fishing, build a bonfire, fly a kite, kite surf and shop. Weekly Events:
Surf City Nights: Every week on Tuesday, 5pm – 9pm. This special street fair takes place along a closed-off section of Main Street. Featured will be a farmer's market, bounce house, street performers (musical and non-musical acts), restaurant samplings, sidewalk sales and specials from local restaurants.

Art-A-Faire:
Every week on Friday, 10am – 7pm. This popular Friday afternoon event is occasionally held on weekends - when no other major activity is scheduled. It is located in a wonderful beach-side setting, at Pier Plaza, which is adjacent to the Huntington Beach Pier at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street. The event features more than 50 vendors selling unique, hand-made gifts and crafts. From knitted scarves to turquoise jewelry and surf-related merchandise, you can find something for everyone on your shopping list.
