Are you a bird lover? You've come to the right vacation home. The Aspen Creek Haus is a unique vacation rental property located on 14.47 acres in the Adirondack Park with a spectacular view! It boasts of the local Blue Heron Santuary that is nestled with a hiking trail and parking location. Come and see the White Egrets, hummingbirds and redheaded piliated woodpeckers from the front deck. Safe for all ages.
Enjoy an Adirondack vacation with you and your family and friends in a
one family/ 3 bedroom Adirondack House. Panoromic view, located on
14.47 acres in the Adirondack Park over looking the northeast side of
Lake George. Master suite with bathroom in the loft
while you watch the sunseting over a panoromic landscape through
vertical Anderson windows. New construction, includes stone fireplace
in the greatroom to sit and sip your hot toddy. Jacuzzi bathtub, wrap
around covered deck and more. Listen to the sound of the loons, the
blue heron and whitetailed deer. Lake George beaches located 1.2
mile drive down the road for public swimming and boating by permit.

property with small seasonal intermittent stream. Firewood available

Just 1.2 miles to Gulf Bay Public and guarded Beach. Rogers Rock State
Park Beach is a state operated public park with beach, showers and is a
15 minute drive. Boat launch permit access or rent at local marina.
Forty minute drive to Gore
Mountain Ski Lodge. Five miles to Ticonderoga for shopping. Visit the
Fort Ticonderoga or take the ferry to Vermont just 7 miles away.
Golfing within 15 minutes. Fish
or hunt within the Adirondack Park, or just nestle near the fireplace
and enjoy a hot toddy. Lake George Village 25 min drive. Where ever
the path takes you, it will be a
place to return to year after year!
vacation rental rates
Season rate (Memorial Day Weekend (May 23rd) through Labor
Day Weekend (September 1st)) is $205.00/night or $1435 a
week. Off season rate (April 1st through May 22nd, and September 2nd
through November 1st has a 3 nite minimum.
There is an
additional
30.00/week charge for sheets and towels unless you provide your own.
During the season,
there is a weekly minimum. Off season (4/1-5/22, 9/2-11/30), there is
a 3 nite minimum.
We are currently running an owner's special from September 13th thru Nov 1st. This is for 4 nite minimums at $175./ nite. Please inquire by email or our phone listed. Stay for 7 nites and get 1 nite free!
