Quintessential beach interior on 1/2 acre. Close to bay, ocean,Southampton Village and the Hamlet of Hampton Bays. Very close to area restaurants and grocery shopping.
Situated on a quiet dead end street in the famous Shinnecock Hills area.

On the deck there is a gas grill to cook local seafood on a good steak from the local butcher.
Bedrooms have Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans.
