Chateau DuVal in Huntington Beach

Chateau Duval is located in Huntington Beach and provides the perfect get away for both business and pleasure- or a mixture of both. The property is located 1 mile from the beach along Pacific Coast Highway and only 14 miles from Disney Land. Chateau Duval is also centrally located to convienant shopping.

This two bedroom, one and one half bath beach condo, less than a mile from the beach, sleeps up to six guests. This casual beach pad is close to all the outdoor sporting activities Huntington Beach is well known for: surfing, boating, kayaking, paddle surfing, biking and hiking through the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. You can also relax at the community gated pool or jacuzzi, or play a game of tennis, right outside your back door.

The downstairs level includes the living room, fully equipped kitchen with eating area, half bathroom and a cozy brick patio off the kitchen, with gas barbeque grill and table and chairs. The one car garage is accessed from the patio, as are the community grounds, with the pool, jacuzzi and tennis court just steps away.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and large flat screen television, full bath with a tub/shower combination and a second bedroom/den with office desk and a queen bed. For an additional fee, there is plenty of room in the living room for a queen sized air mattress, allowing this condo to sleep up to six guests. This condo has lots of storage space, either in the three large closets upstairs, or for sporting equipment, on the back patio or garage. 

Starbucks, Walgreens, Albertsons and Trader Joe's are a couple blocks walk, as are several family owned eateries including Buon Gusto for Italian, or Good Day Cafe and Jon's for breakfast and lunch.

• Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
• Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
• Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
• **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
• There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


• 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


• This unit accommodates 6 people. Additional fee applied after 4th person.
• One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
• Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.
