This is a beautiful FIRST FLOOR condo, located on a nationally-
ranked, Dan Maples-designed 27-hole golf course at Sandpiper Bay
Golf and Country Club.
Tastefully decorated and cozy, you will find it has all of the
amenities you look for in a vacation rental, while providing you
with the comforts of home. With three bedrooms and two full baths,
it will comfortably sleep six people, with washer, dryer, cookware
and all linens provided within the condo.
There is a full kitchen, dining room, living area and screened
porch, all with a magnificent view of the adjoining lake with
fountain. The grounds and landscaping of this award-winning
association are impeccable.

There are 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, a DVD player and a portable CD player in
the condo. We have cable TV, multiple games and VHS tapes available
for evening play or as a distraction in the event of rain. Local
magazines and coupon books for area attractions are listed in a
renter's idea book, along with restaurant locations and menus.
Two king-sized beds separating into singles, and two extra-long
twin beds will suit your entire party.
Two pools, jacuzzis and tennis courts are available to renters,
and our condo is just steps away from the largest pool area and
tennis courts. There are also charcoal grills available for
use, located in strategic areas throughout the complex.
We have provided all food staples, paper products, laudry soaps
and dryer sheets, along with all linens, towels and bedding. We only
ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Voted the best beach in NC, Sunset Beach is a short 2.5 miles away,
and all of the local public beaches are beautiful, with
easy access. Fishing, surfing, turtle-watching and bike riding are
favorite beach activities.
We are 10 minutes from North Myrtle Beach and 30 minutes north of
the Strand at Myrtle Beach, where there are multiple activities for
the whole family, including amusement parks, miniature golf, a
skateboard park, water parks, and shopping. For men's and women's
golf vacations, there are gourmet restaurants and multiple concert
and music venues.
THE GOLF IS FABULOUS! With more than 18 well-known courses in a 4-
mile radius of the condo as well as 100+ courses in the area, you
will want to come back again and again. The airport is a short 35-40
minutes
South.

20% DISCOUNT FOR 2 WEEK RENTALS
There is a three day minimum stay at the nightly rate. There is a $60.00 non-refundable cleaning
fee.
There will be a
$200.00 damage deposit for 1 week stays and a $150.00 deposit for
stays of less than 6 nights required at the time of the
rental. This deposit will be returned after cleaning if there is no
damage or missing articles. There is a 6% accommodation tax required by the Town of Sunset Beach.
This tax will be
added to all rental rates. The total cost will be the rent, plus the tax, plus the cleaning fee.

Check in is after 3pm on the entry day and Check out is before 10 am on the last day.

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT. Children are always welcome but
MUST be supervised by an adult.
DUE TO PROBLEMS IN THE PAST, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING CHILDREN.
Unless discussed prior to making a deposit. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
This is a NO PETS and a NON-SMOKING facility. The owners have
allergies.
