$200 a night for the main house (sleeps 6)  
$250 a night for main house & the casita  
(just steps away from the main house & sleeps an additional 4 people) 
 
You must rent main house to rent casita/cannot be rented separately 
 
Weekly Rate Special! Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th night for free!! 
 
$1200 a week for the main house (7 nights) 
$1500 a week for the main house and casita (7 nights) 
 
Balloon Fiesta and Holidays 
$300 a night for main house (sleeps 6) 
$350 a night for main house and casita (sleeps 4) 
Weekly rate specials available! 
 
$150 Non-Refundable Cleaning and Re-stocking fee
