The other suite has a king size bed with a walk in closet, night stand, lamp, clock, ceiling fan and phone. Both bedrooms have high quality mattresses and new contemporary furniture. Each closet has a luggage rack and plenty of storage space.

The living room has a ceiling fan and a 40 inch flat screen HDTV. Wifi is available in all rooms and the phone has free long distance in the US and Canada.  A large leather couch and ottoman adds to the guests  comfort.  Travertine tile throughout ties together this contemporary look.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and granite counter tops which adds to the comfortable setting. The dining area is off the kitchen and can seat 4 and new accent lighting adds warmth to this dining area. The outdoor patio which is off the dining area has a bistro table and chairs.

 There is a laundry room inside the condo with a full size washer and dryer.

 This rental is close to the pool and all the other amenities of The Plaza Residence.

The Plaza Residence  is a gated community and has two pools, a spa, and a complete exercise room.

The Condo is two blocks away from Kierland Commons that has over 70 shops and restaurants.  Across the street is the new Scottsdale Quarter, which also has great shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  Everything is just a short distance away whether walking or by car.
