River House Rental located on the Colorado River with a private boat
dock.Our home is 3200 sq ft.2 story featuring 4 bedrooms,with TVs in
each room ,3 bathrooms ,living room with fire place 62" big screen
TV & DVD player with small DVD collection.The main floor kitchen has
a stove ,microwave , double oven convection oven,,rifrigerator and
all the amenities to cook up your favorite meals .
On the lower level we have what we call the entertianment
kitchen.this kitchen has everything but an oven.We use this kitchen
when we barbeque or when we have get togethers with family.This
floor also has a game room with flat screen Tv and access to the
boat dock & lower patio.The best part of this home is outside.We
spend most of our time jet sking , water skiing ,boating ,wake
boarding or just floating on the water.Our home has 1 upper patio &
1 lower patio with table & chairs .both patios face the cColorado
River & have spectacular views of Arizona & California Landscapes
with of coarse the river in between.What more could you ask for.But
thats not all.If your like me ,I like to take boat trips up to
Laughlin & Davis Dam ,thats always a fun trip.Or you can go down
river to Avi casino.If your up for a long trip, you can boat down
to Lake Havasu.This is an all day adventure.Are home has all the
thingsyou will need to have a great time.We have set the house up
with all the amenities such as blankets, pillows,linens,dishes,
cups ,glasses,plates , utensils,pots ,pans & washer & dryer you name
it.We also set up an information board that displays all the great
places close to the house such as gas stations ,grocery
stores ,Walmart,resturaunts,casinos etc with phone numbers &
directions to make your stay as convienient as possible.
You will have access to internet if you bring your laptop.there is a
phone set up for local calls only.
You will also have access to our 4 car garage to park your cars ,
jetskis & boat. some boats may not fit into the garge ,if that is
the case you can park your boat in the driveway.

We have had many great summers in this house & would love to share
this experience with others.so get your family and friends together

We require a security deposit to hold dates and rentals paid in
full 2 weeks in advance.

Deposit:$500.00 (Refundable upon inspection of property)
Cleaning deposit: $150.00 ( non refundable )

Half of your deposit may be refundable upon cancelation if canceled
at least 30 days prior to reservation date.

No refunds on holidays or specials .

Minimum 3 night stay.

Holidays must be paid in full 2 months in advance .
