Course is situated on rolling hills with panoramic views. Boutique
shopping is abundant. Dine downtown, on the water or on the Ferry.
Within a less than 25 mile area there is Hearst Castle, Montano De
Oro National Park, over 40 wineries, and of course a gorgeous stretch
of California Beaches. Morro Bay also has annual events such as the

Winter rates: October-March nightly $200.00 /$250.00 holidays (2 night minimum regular weeks/3 night minimum holidays)  weekly $1,200.00/$1,500.00 holidays

Summer rates: April-September nightly $250.00/$275.00 holiday (2 night minimum regular weeks/3 night minimum holidays) weekly $1,500.00/$1,650.00 holidays

Holidays include New Years, Christmas, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required. Rates include linens and
cleaning
