from the waterfront in the heart of downtown Morro Bay.  Walking  
distance to the quaint little boutiques and restaurants and  
embarcadero, shopping, beaches and Morro Rock.  Beautifully decorated  
1700 sq foot home.

Walking distance to ocean, living room, full kitchen, heating,  
fireplace, deck, barbeque, garage/parking, coffee maker, coffee  
grinder, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking range, oven,  
ceiling fans, telephone, CD player, radio, VCR.  Washing maching,  
dryer, televisions, video library, blender.  Cleaning included.

Activities and Attractions

Morro Bay has a gorgeous 12 mile bay perfect for kayaking, canoeing  
or sailing small vessels.  All are rentable on the embarcadero in  
addition to bicycles.  Morro Bay also has a glass bottom boat tour of  
the harbor, a City Trolley Tour and deep sea fishing.  Morro Bay Golf  
Course is situated on rolling hills with panoramic views.  Boutique  
shopping is abundant.  Dine downtown, on the water or on the Ferry.   
Within a less than 25 mile area there is Hearst Castle, Montano De  
Oro National Park, over 40 wineries, and of course a gorgeous stretch  
of California Beaches.  Morro Bay also has annual events such as the  
Christmas Bay Boat Parade, Harvest Festival of Wine and Food, Jazz  
Festival, 4th of July Celebration and much more.  Check with the

Vacation Rental Rates

2 night stay $275.00 per night  
Weekly rate $1650.00 for 7 nights. 
Minimum 2 night stay 
Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. 
miniumu 3 nights stay at $300.00 per night all holidays 
Holidays include New Years, Christmas, Memorial Day, 4th of July,  
Labor Day and Thanksgiving. 
 
 
A security deposit of $200.00 is required.  Rates include linens.
