Brookridge on Upper Norfolk is a duplex in an ideal location.  It is within walking distance to Main Street for shopping, dining, and night life. This is a perfect location for lodging during the Sundance Film Festival and many other Park City events.  Just steps from the Quittin’ Time ski trail which accesses Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Lift makes the location ideal for skiers.  Utilize Park City’s outdoor stairs for easy access to Main Street.  After a day on the slopes or exploring Park City, relax and enjoy the views of Old Town from the private outdoor hot tub.

Each side of the duplex has two living areas and four floors spread out across 2600 square feet providing space to gather together or retreat.  This town home also offers flexibility in the sleeping arrangements.  Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds; the other two rooms have King beds.  The common area game room (shared by both Brookridge town homes) has a pool table, foosball table, sauna, and weight machine.
