This first floor, corner unit condo comes fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. It features two bedrooms, each with its own walk in closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two, twin size beds, and a television. The living room has a couch, love seat, reclining chair, coffee table, and large TV with an entertainment center.  The kitchen has a microwave oven, stove and range, brand new refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with utensils, coffee maker, plates, dishes, etc. There is one bathroom with two sinks, and a tub/shower unit. The linen closet has an adequate amount of towels, sheets, etc. to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms, and the living room.

Enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather by sitting outside on the covered, tiled patio.

This is our own condominium unit, and we are particular as to who we rent it to. We prefer mature couples desiring to stay for multiple months.

Cleaning products, paper accessories are also provided for you. Please replenish when you have used them.

Basic cable in provided in the unit, as well as local telephone service. Wifi service is available at the pool.

Weekly social hour, and Saturday morning coffee at the pool are available to all guests and residents.

 25% due upon booking plus 100 cleaning fee. If you clean the condo yourself, after inspection, the $100 will be refunded to you.  Balance due 60 days before rental begins.
