Vacation Rental Description

A recently restored, beautifully upgraded, and newly furnished, 3-
bedroom, 2-bath house that is made for entertaining.  Inside the 
cathedral vaulted living room there is elegant furniture, skylights, 
an entertainment center and a warm, glowing fireplace.  The open 
floor plan allows for great "traffic flow" between rooms, and large 
glass sliders bring the outdoors in. The living room includes a 
large screen TV, cable (HBO), home theater system, and wet bar. All 
new furnishings adorn this beautifully decorated home, and provides 
for every detail of your comfort, including luxurious linens, 
granite counters in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island 
and bar stools, and ample Tropitone furnishings on the large covered 
lanai. In addition, the dining room is outfitted with a generously 
sized parsons type table and chairs, and is equally suitable for a 
small gathering or a large holiday banquet.

This naturally lit and airy home has a classical yet comfortable 
style in keeping with today's modern needs.  One of its best 
features is the spacious brick-covered courtyard is surrounded by an 
aesthetically pleasing tall privacy wall and is decorated with 
beautifully planted desertscape gardens with tropical plants and 
large boulders. Solar panels heat the pool year round.  There are 
several outdoor dining tables and two separate BBQ and dining areas 
by which to entertain.  The house features a south exposure enabling 
a full 360o view throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of 
the San Jacinto Mountains as well as evening lights of Palm Springs.

This house is made for entertaining.  It features a gourment kitchen 
and lots of open spaces for guests and socializing.  There is a 2-
car, secured garaged, beautiful private pool (heated with a solar 
panel unit) with six-foot wall surrounding, separate outdoor BBQ and 
cooking area, front patio with table and everything that you could 
possible want in a kitchen.  The house is very high quality in its 
construction and furnishing.  The views are spectacular with the San 
Jacinto mountains in the distance and the Joshua Tree Park behind 
you.

Activities and Attractions

Conveniently located on a quiet street near downtown Palm Springs, 
just minutes from casinos, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. 
Enjoy the magnificent mountain views from your private backyard 
while lying out at the pool or relaxing in your own spa. You'll have 
maximum privacy with great separation between the three bedrooms 
(each with its own private exit).

In the summer, enjoy the Palm Springs Tram up to the cool mountain 
air and take in any number of spectacular wilderness hikes. Also 
enjoy the water theme park, live theatre and I-Max, museums, and one 
of the largest, finest, and varied arrays of air conditioned 
shopping in America! Play golf in the morning at any of the more
