Unit is on second floor, overlooking the pool and the deep water creek, which leads out to Lemon Bay.  The complex is spacious, with 52 units on just under 10 acres.  Most residents are retired couples and enjoy periodic activities around the pool or nearby local beaches.    

The complex offers beautiful water views, spacious open areas, a heated pool and a hot tub. The unit is complete with cable TV, local phone service, microwave, all linens, towels and a washer and dryer.  The second bedroom is set up as a sitting room, with a desk area and a (queen) sleeper couch.  A screened lanai overlooks the pool area and provides an excellent view of the expanse of water surrounding the property.  Steady breezes provide a great alternative to the need for air conditioning, but it's there if needed.

Englewood is a quieter waterside community, just off the beaten tracks of I-75 and U.S. 41, immediately south of the city of Venice. Venice is very close and together with the city of Sarasota, offers many cultural activities along with golfing and fishing.  Other surrounding areas include North Port and Port Charlotte.

December through April rate is $2,000/month.  A three month minimum rental is desired. Unit is available year round at a negotiable rate.  Rates include cable TV and local phone service. A final cleaning fee will be applied.
