SPECIAL !!!!!  One bedroom, ocean front condo located in Tower 3, July 26 to August 2, $1,000,  
includes all taxes and fees.  
 
Our newly renovated ONE and TWO bedroom ocean front condos are both located in  
Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resort, Panama City Beach's premier  
vacation destination.   
 
TWO BEDROOM CONDO - King size bed in master bedroom with private bath  
with large walk in shower.  Two full size beds in guest bedroom with  
access to second full bath.  Two full size sofas in living room. 
 
ONE BEDROOM CONDO - King size bed in master bedroom and a queen size  
sleep sofa in the living room. 
 
Both of our condos have been completely renovated.   
 
Edgewater s a gated community with 24/7 security.   
 
Each condo has a private balcony to enjoy the magnificant sunsets and  
the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of sugar white  
sand beaches.  
 
 
Both kitchens have new cabinets, Corian counter tops, all new major  
appliances plus toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pans, etc.,  
everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or just a snack. 
 
There are washers and dryers in both units and all linens are  
provided except beach towels.  
 
Both condos have cable TV/HBO, DVD, Stereo CD, telephone and clock  
radios.

SUBMITTING INQUIRY, ONE BEDROOM OR TWO BEDROOM. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swim in the Gulf or any of the three tower pools, including the  
magnificent 11,500 sq. ft. Polynesian style Lagoon Pool with  
waterfalls, palm trees and tropical plants.  Tower III pool is  
seasonably heated.  Enjoy casual dining at the Palapa Beach Club,  
Bimini Sand Bar Cafe or Pizza Hut located on-site.  Also located on  
site is a 9-hole, par 3 golf course, putting green and pro shop, 12  
lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, jet skis, beach volleyball,  
parasailing or just relax in one of the many hot tubs.  A state-of- 
the-art fitness center and spa, hair salon and gift shop are also on  
site.  There is also an ice cream shop and Starbucks coffe shop.

Activities and Attractions

Located just across the street, at "The Shoppes at Edgewater" is the  
Cinema 10 movie theater, shops, restaurants and arcades.  The Hombre  
Championship 27-hole golf course, plus many 18-hole courses are  
within five miles of the resort.  Many attractions for children,  
including Gulf World, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, are  
just a short distance away. Publix Market and Super Wal-Mart are also  
close by.

January & February - 1 BR $1,200/Month - 2 BR $1,550/Month  
3-01 to 4-12  1 BR $1,400/Week - 2 BR $1,950/Week  
4-12 to 5-24  1 BR $750/Week - 2 BR $1,200/Week 
5-24 to 8-09  1 BR $1,400/Week - 2 BR $1,950/Week 
8-09 to 9-06  1 BR $750/Week - 2 BR $1,100/Week  
9-06 to 11-8  1 BR $650/Week - 2 BR $950/Week 
11-8 to 12-31 1 BR $600/Week - 2 BR $750/Week  
 
Please note that these are total weekly and monthly prices and include all taxes and  
cleaning fee - no hidden charges !!!  Less than a week, please add $40 cleaning fee for one bedroom  
and $50  
cleaning fee for two bedroom. 
 
Separate $200-$500 refundable security deposit due 10 days from date  
reservation is made. 
 
Deposit is returned after departure, inspection for  
damage, and the return of the keys and pool tags. 
 
30 day cancellation notice required for return of deposit.
