This property was rebuilt in 1911 after the big SF fire.
It is located in North Beach, right on Telegraph Hill, between Lombard and Greenwich St.
You can walk to Coit Tower, Fisherman's Warf, Washington Square Park, Lombard Street.
Walking distance to all North Beach restaurants!
Easy access to public transportation.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor of a duplex and features high ceilings and lots of windows.
Common areas have wood floors, bedrooms are carpeted.
Open concept living room/kitchen with attached eating area.

From the dinning room table you can enjoy your meal looking out to Alcatraz, the 'crooked street' and the Golden Gate Bridge. You might even be able to hear the sea lions from Pier 39 or see the parrots of Telegraph Hill resting on the tree behind the apartment

As you can see in the pictures there is a 40'' flat screen TV in the living room with cable TV. And for your down time we have table games, books and magazines.

The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice dispenser in door, full size stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is also a blender, coffee maker, cofee grinder and panini press. It's stocked with spices and condiments in case you want to cook and I always leave plenty of coffee and tea.

Bedroom #1 features a queen bed with pillow top mattress, dresser, closet and 32'' flat screen TV with DVD player.

Bedroom #2 features a trundle bed (both beds have comfortable matresses) and a dresser. 

Bathroom has shower in tub. Complete with towels, hand towels, Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and toothpaste.

There is a small balcony on the back of the apartment, it has a nice view. There are 2 regular chairs and a small side table for you to be able to sit outside. 

There is a 2 in 1 high efficiency washer/dryer in the unit.

Parking is available for a $25/day fee but the location of this apartment is so good that you don't really need a car. If you need parking let me know before you make a reservation so that I can add the parking fee to your total.
