Vacation Rental Description

"Possibly the most beautiful place on the Oregon coast."  The Lodge 
is located on an estuary, just a short walk from the Pacific ocean. 
There are 8 bedrooms, all outfitted with single beds. The large 
living room has a 6 foot fireplace. The dinning room can seat up to 
16 at one time. There is a full kitchen. Beds are made up for your
arrival, and towels are furnished.

Vacation Rental Amenities

An outside barbeque is available. There is TV,a VCR,DVD, record player 
and radio. A computer connection is provided, also wireless
connection.The full kitchen has 2 30 inch ranges, refrigerator and 
freezer, and microwave.

Activities and Attractions

There are 3 nearby golf courses. Nearby ocean and fresh water fishing 
are available. Shopping is to be found in Seaside and an outlet mall. 
Many activities are available in Seaside, 2 miles to the South,  and 
Cannon Beach, just 10 miles away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

There is a minimum of a 2 night stay. Rates depend on the number of 
guests. The minimum, October through May is $850 per night for the
first 12, and $45 per person per night above 12, up to the maximum of
26.  For June through September the minimum is $875 per night for the
first 12 then an additional $50 for each additional person. There is a 8% 
room tax.There is an event fee Of $300 for weddings and/or receptions.
