 Lovely, remodeled 1890's Victorian overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. 
House is across street, only a few easy stairs to water or access 
waterfront by driveway with no stairs.


 Plenty  offstreet parking!
Sleeps up to 10. Home has 4 large bedrooms with two full baths.

Sorry - no pets and no smoking
All rooms are completely furnished and the bright, roomy kitchen is 
fully equipped with  appliances, cookware and dishware.
Deck and dockage on 67' of waterfront with slide! 
Gradual depth at swimming area.
Summer weeks available and book your fall foliage weekend!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely remodeled Deck and screened porch area off kitchen and 
living room with an awesome panoramic views of the lake!
Charcoal BBQ.
Cable TV with VCR and DVD player
Telephone. 
Sleeps up to 10 people with;
1 double bed in the Nautical room,
1 double bed in Safari room, 
1 bunk & 2 twins in Adirondack room, 
and 1 bunk, 1 single futon, in Garden room. 
Spacious Living room. Dock for boats and swimming area. Deck on 
waterfront.
Owners maintain an apartment on the premise.

Famous Keuka Wine Trail with tours and tastings, lunch and dinner 
cruises, superb fishing lake!
Close to Keuka Lake State Park, Keuka College, Corning Glass Center, 
Watkins Glen Race Track.
Boat Rentals at area marinas. Walking distance to canoe/kayak rental, 
and Waterfront Restaurant. 
Area of gift shops, antiques, fine restaurants and golfing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates; For 2008: Starting May 31, June,July and August and thru Sept 
6  at $3000/week. Sorry ,we do not rent daily during this time and 
rentals are Sat to Sat.
Off season rates until May 31, and after Sept 6, $2400/week.
Off Season-$400 per night.
Fall weekends - Sept and Oct.$1000.00(Friday-Sunday).
