Beautiful recently renovated completely private and on almost 1 acre with beautiful gardens, front and rear porches, 3 huge bedrooms, charming decor in a very quiet tranquil location. The inside of this home has been recently renovated with new flooring and new carpet, (we can not accept pets unless you discuss your particular pet with the owner, some exceptions will be made) and freshly painted with upgraded beds and top of the line stainless steel appliances in te kitchen. This house is fully air-conditioned. Yard is very park like, with a picnic table, decks, porches and lots of trees.

Near bike bath (1/10th mile) and shuttle stop (3/10 mile). Long private shell driveway, mature trees and lush gardens. Adjacent to Nantucket State forest full of walking paths, Nantucket frisbee golf (free) in State forest. Bike rentals around the corner and they pick up and deliver. Small health club with weekly memberships nearby, south shore surf beaches are closest, approx 2 miles to closest beach and an easy bike ride.

Beaches, hiking, trails, south shore beaches are the closest, Surfside Beach via bike path is about 2 miles. Town approx 2 miles. Historic District has antique homes, historical tours and walks, whaling museum, world class restuarants and shopping. For bicyle riders, there is an easy "shortcut" bike ride to Surfside Beach thru the State forest path approx 1 mile. New Dreamland Movie theater opened Summer 2012.
