One of the bedrooms and baths is part of a separate entrance efficiency apartment. The house features a laid back island lifestyle while providing the amenities of a four star hotel. The house includes five bedrooms (3 king beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a double bed). In addition to a large open concept living room and dining room, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, a built-in wine refrigerator, and all the comforts of home. The den is a comfortable retreat for television watching or to read a book. The house has a large screened in lanai, a separate second floor deck for eating outside and grilling, as well as a large deck area adjacent to the pool/spa. Flat screen televisions are located in many of the bedrooms and common areas of the house.

Our neighborhood, Del Sega, located at Blind Pass, encompasses three walk-to restaurants (The Mad Hatter, Sunset Grill, and the Lazy Flamingo), an eclectic general store, and gorgeous direct sunset views. The neighborhood is made up of dead-end streets so that there is no through traffic, making it exceptional for walking the dog or biking. Del Sega is conveniently located near Captiva and some of Florida's finest restaurants - from five star dining to cheap eats. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and is a mix of year-round, seasonal, and rental neighbors.
