5 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, 15 minutes from Piazza di Spagna, 4 minutes from Rome's subway station "Flaminio".

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese (a big park where you can walk, run, visit Museo di Villa Borghese), Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Castel Sant'Angelo, San Peter's, the Tevere River, MAXXI museum by Zaha Hadid, Auditorium by Renzo Piano and many other wonderful sites. 

Daily rates: 105 up to 2 people. 120 for 3 or 4 people
Weekly: 680 up to 3 people, 700 for 4 people
Final cleaning: 30 euros for short lets (3 to 6 days), 50 for weekly lets.

Monthly rate doesn't include heating and electricity.

In summer, use of air conditioning implies an extra fee.
