Welcome to Quail Run! Retreat to a meticulous estate beside a
championship fairway in a charming gated community at the Eagle Crest
Resort. Make yourself at home in Quail Run, a luxurious, executive
golf course home, nestled on a heavenly ¾ acre lot. This meticulous
estate, lies beyond a long, private drive and circular entry, amongst
old growth junipers and fabulous grounds. A custom home builder has
planned and built this 3442 sq. ft. home to perfection. Quality
abounds in lavish style from the dark Brazilian cherry hardwoods
entry to the gracious flowing staircase leading to the 2nd floor.
It’s loaded with features: high ceilings, granite & crown molding. We
took great pride in the way we decorated our home with elegance and
style, and meticulous attention to comfort and quality, which accent
every room.
Quail Run, with its outstanding quality and craftsmanship,
boasts four upstairs bedrooms (3 king beds & 1 queen bed). Another
king bed resides in the 5th bedroom/den downstairs with a queen sofa
bed in the family room to accommodate all of your family and guests.
The central foyer introduces a sunken living area with a cozy, slate
gas fireplace. With an eastern view of the championship fairway,
drops of sunshine splash through the family, dining and kitchen room
wall of windows. Light and airy, the island kitchen with granite
countertops is perfectly suited for baking goodies with the children
or preparing the meals your family loves. At the center of the
spacious sunken family room is a slate gas fireplace with a lot of
seating where you can curl up and relax in the glow of the fire.
This open and inviting, comfortable family room with its appealing
maple cabinetry houses the stereo system, surround sound equipped
with a large TV, DVD/VCR. The dining room opens to a sun-drenched
spacious deck, which begs for a barbecue with family and friends. -
Or perhaps you would prefer an evening dose of pure relaxation, than
nestle yourself in a brand new Hot Spring Spa - the world's #1
selling brand of portable spas. In the convenience of the back
deck, you can relax, unwind and rejuvenate. The hydromassage will
refresh both your mind and body.
The heart of the backyard is the championship golf course. Spacious
decks maximize enjoyment of the treed golf course lot. With the

for your morning coffee or sipping ice tea at twilight. The sounds of

Activities and Attractions
We can easily see why families love Eagle Crest; the sun shines 300
days of the year, and it’s filled with year-round recreational fun.
Within Eagle Crest, there are 2 championship-level golf courses, a
mid-level course and an 18-hole putting course. Eagle Crest Resort
is located at just 3000 ft. elevation, which allows it to keep one
course open year round, so come and enjoy a game of golf or two.
You will also enjoy amenities like: Indoor and outdoor swimming
pools, hot tubs, 2 children’s pools, a spraypark, tennis courts,
basketball, racquetball, baseball, horseback riding, fishing,
hiking, weight rooms, a game room and miles of paved bike paths.
The Resort has planned activities for the children: Coyote Club 7-
12 years and the Eagle Club 3-6 years.
Our gated community also has its own swimming pool, hot tub and

Eagle Crest Resort is within an hour’s drive to most of Central

fall and snowmobile in winter and spring

slopes for skiers and snowboarders. Cross-country ski and snowshoe
on miles of marked trails at Sno-Parks

rock climbing in the nation. Smith Rock State Park also has hiking
trails too.

Vacation Rental Rates
Summer: May 1 - September 4
$349/night . . . $2,270/week . . . 3 night minimum stay during summer.
Winter Rate: September 5 - April 30
$329/night . . . $2,140/week . . . 2 night minimum stay during winter.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Weeks, Spring Breaks: $349/night & 3 night
minimum.
Rates do not include Deschutes County room tax of 7% (DCCA#967), 1%
Oregon State lodging tax, $125 cleaning fee and $300 refundable
security deposit (refundable if house is left in order).
Please book your Christmas holiday early in the year at our Quail Run
home; we are inundated with requests for the Christmas season
(December 15-January 1). 3 night minimum.
No vacationing students unless accompanied by a parent. House parties
and other functions are not permitted on the property.
No Pets and No Smoking please.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
