Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath lower level Condo comes with a split floor 
plan with 1082 SF for privacy and style. This Condo was also just 
completely remodeled as of January 06. Everything is new and ready 
to enjoy. A queen bed in each bedroom with TV is offered.  A huge 
patio with private access from master as well as from the living 
room, gives you the space to relax and enjoy. Location, Location, 
Location; This Condo offers complete privacy and a very quiet 
location with views. You have a beautiful green belt just outside 
your windows, with direct mountain views.  Sun in the morning and 
shade in the warmer afternoon as it faces East. There are no other 
buildings near by, nor is there a parking lot outside your windows. 
You are close to all 3 pools, but far enough away not be exposed to 
all day pool noise.

The Pointe Hilton Condos are a Gated community located 15 minutes 
from Downtown and 
the Airport.  You are also 15 minutes to Scottsdale or Tempe.  The 
property has 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. 
Popular hiking trails and mountains are only a 5 minutes walk up the 
street.

Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV, VCR/DVD plaver, and Stereo. Central Air 
Conditioning/heat. Full kitchen with all you need to cook inside or 
grill. Washer and Dryer provided. Close to Grocery store,  movie 
theaters and shopping malls.  Private assigned parking. High speed 
internet access available for additional charge.

***You also have to use a,"Pointe Privilege Card" that allows you to 
use the Resort Pools as well as a 20% discount at all the 
restaurants and 20% discounts off Green fees!****

You name it and it's nearby.  Golf, hiking, horse back riding, 
shopping, and movie theaters. Lots of nightlife hot spots are just 
minutes away. Anything else you want or need, just ask.
