Kingswood Family Condo has room for everyone, and is centrally located to all your winter and summer fun! With Kings Beach just 1 mile away, and Northstar Ski Area just 5 miles away, and Crystal Bay just 3 miles away, you can spend your vacation having fun instead of sitting in the car!

This classic condo has 3 bedrooms and a loft to sleep up to 10. The main/middle floor has a queen bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck with gas barbecue. In the living room you can relax in the comfy couches, take in a little cable TV in front of the wood fireplace, watch a movie, or step out onto the porch for some grilling. Or, slide into a stool at the kitchen island and chat with the cook!

Up the spiral staircase from the living room is the open loft with a queen bed and twin bunks.

On the ground floor, take your pick of a queen bedroom or a king bedroom with cable TV and porch. In between are a laundry room and a full bath with dual sinks. Either way, you are sure to sleep soundly after a full Tahoe day.

Kingswood Village offers tennis and swimming pool seasonally. Or drive one mile down to the beach, or five miles to Northstar for skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating. Both locations also have movie theaters and great restaurants. Crystal Bay, Nevada's legendary casinos, concerts, and nightlife are just a 10-minute drive.
