This includes skiing, mountain biking, snow tubing, ice skating, dining, shopping, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attactions.  The majority of rentals in the area are located in the outlining towns, which are several miles away, and require you to wait in a long line for an old school bus shuttle to take you to the resort. Our unit is right at the mountain base, and is only a 2 minute walk to the first lift. 

The Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing building provides heated underground parking, bike storage and private ski locker rooms, beautiful lobby livingroom with a 2 story fireplace, and a huge amenities plaza on the 3rd level, which features a 35 person hot tub, 2 sided fire place, lounge chairs/tables, and a gas grilling station.

The unit is very "kid friendly" as well, including a large assortment of games, DVD's, free movie channels, Ipod docking stations, portable crib, and a booster chair with tray.

Relax after a invigorating day of winter skiing, or summer mountain biking, and view the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck. This includes concerts and other entertainment events throughout the year from the village plaza, and ice skating or fly fishing from the pond and river right in front of the building. The resort village offers several attractions as well, including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, gyro extreme, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, disc golf, gold panning, a bouncy house, and a new downhill tubing track, with a ride back up. Walk a few steps to the ski lifts, or through the village to visit all of the local shops and restaurants, and grab a coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Winter Park is the closest major resort to Denver, and is only a 90 minute drive.
