Major wineries are within a 5 to 15 minute drive (Just to name a few: Benzinger, Viansa, Cline, Gundlach Bundschu, Buena Vista, Sebastiani, Ravenswood, many more).
The deck off the back of the home offers sweeping views and a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, relax with afternoon tea, or celebrate the day with evening wine and cheese. On cool evenings relax by the fire and enjoy music, snuggle up, view a movie or sit back with a good book.
Your shaded backyard pergola offers the perfect place for outdoor dining in during warm Spring and Summer nights. The in-ground swimming pool (non-heated, old with visible concrete staining) is available for a cool, refreshing dip.
