1 Bedroom Villa (Condo) Located in Green Valley at Villas West a 55+retirement community. The Villa is nicely furnished and includes full sized washer/dryer in unit. It features ceramic tile in kitchen and dining with carpet in livingroom and bedroom. Tastefully decorated in
Southwest style with his-and-hers recliners and a sofa sleeper. Bedroom has queen bed and bathroom has a large shower with seat. Kitchen has gas stove and microwave. All linens, kitchen utensils and dishes furnished. Front patio is shaded during the day by a large tree which adds to the comfort on warmer days and the patio furniture sits 4. All utilities paid (except for yearly rental) including large flat screen cable TV. WiFi internet service is available for additional fee.
Villas West has 4 pools to choose from, shuffle board and lots of little park areas. This 690 sq. ft. Villa has all the comforts of home and includes Green Valley Recreation (GVR) availability. Visitors can opt to purchase a reasonable visitor pass to use any of the 13 GVR centers. GVR centers offer arts & craft, studio space, woodworking shop, swimming pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, social events, trips, and much more.
